The History
My dad bought a his 71 Cheyenne 20 4x4 from his best friend, his friend had bought it from his dad who had bought it new. Also his Dad rolled it after a trip to Alaska. Well after owning it for 15 yrs I came of age to where I needed a vehicle. So after much convincing by my mom he reluctantly gave the truck to me and got a 97 F350 dually. Well the windsheild roof line of the truck was rusted beyond repair so we set out in search of a parts truck. while looking we completely disassembled the truck all the way down to the frame. then we found a donor, a 72 Cheyenne 10 w/a 350 that smoked. and it was ours. Then one night we realized time and money allowed we would not be able to finish it by the time I got my license. So we decided to rebuild the 72, b/c the body was in near perfect condition. So over the past to years its gotten a new rearend w/an Auburn Posi, a new bed floor, tubbed wheel wells, a new paint job , and a new power plant a '91 454 big block. the 71 is currently on hold until I finish mine and I get through college.

Others
My dad is the one who has helped me the most, he has put in time effort, blood, sweat, and tears right along side me in an effort to get this thing on the road again.
Another person who has kept me motivated is my girlfriend Brandy, whenever I wanna give up on my truck she is always there to remind of how great it will be when it is done.
